Registration is open now for our youth summer mission trip!
All students who have completed 6th -12th grade in spring of 2025, are invited on our summer mission trip - a week of service, learning, worship, and fun. This year we are partnering with YouthWorks and heading to Indianapolis, IN.
In Indianapolis, YouthWorks partners with organizations working to alleviate the immediate impacts of poverty. Your group will primarily work in homeless shelters, food banks and community centers. Much of your work will focus on issues of hunger and homelessness as you support those who work on the front lines of these service organizations. In the evenings, your group will have the opportunity to explore the Indianapolis community. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2013.

Total Trip Cost: $550
Your Cost: $350*
*Includes $100 scholarship from Missouri UMC Conference and $100 scholarship from New McKendree UMC
- February 20 - $50 Deposit Due (follow link below)
- April 1 - Set Up Payment Plan (information on this will be emailed in March)
- July 1 - Final Payment & Registration Due
- July 7 - Pre-Trip Meeting (6pm at Cox Memorial Hall)
- July 27 - Departure at approximately 9:00 AM
- August 1 - Return at approximately 4:00 PM
Students & adult leaders may register after February 20 if additional spots are available with YouthWorks. Deposits are non-refundable if registering after February 20.
Registration
Step1 Pay $50 Deposit - Paying the deposit reserves your participants spot for the trip. Deposits are non-refundable unless you contact us to cancel your registration by February 20th. We're using a new system to collect payments this year - here are some helpful tips:
- When the form asks for Registrant Info that is were you fill in the Parent Info
- When the form asks for Attendee Info that is where you fill in the Participant's Info
- If the participant is filling out the form for themselves they need to check the box "I am registering myself"
- You will be issued a ticket for this payment. You can keep it for your records, but we don't need it.
