Blessing of the Backpacks - A Family Milestone Activity As part of our Family Discipleship initiative, all parents of children and teenagers are invited to participate in the Blessings of the Backpacks during worship the weekend of August 21-22. Parents will create a custom keychain with a special prayer or blessing for the coming school year to present to their child during the worship service. Keychains and instruction packets are available from the welcome desk or children's check-in desk at either location.
