All are invited to our MOVE Celebration weekend. During our worship services, we’ll thank God for his excellent work in and through his NMUMC family and look forward to what God has next in store for us. Then, on Sunday, April 21, from 1-3 pm, join us in our newly remodeled High Street Fellowship Hall for an all-church “end-of-MOVE” party. The celebration will include refreshments, a before and after photo gallery, a building dedication, and a presentation of gratitude for our contractor, designer, architect, and MOVE campaign consultant.
What is move?
New McKendree is a church family that’s always on the move. Moved by the Spirit of God’s love, for two centuries our church’s faithful servants have served as courageous beacons of God’s light in our Jackson community and beyond. That’s the legacy we’ve inherited; a love for God that’s reflected in our love for one another and our community. Ours is to carry that legacy into the next generation of faithful New McKendree servants.
