youth summer mission trip - Louisville, kentucky

Registration is open now for our youth summer mission trip!  


All students currently in 6th - 12th grade are invited to our summer mission trip - a week of service, learning, worship, and fun.  This year, we are partnering with YouthWorks and heading to Louisville, Kentucky.


In Louisville, our group will have the opportunity to serve alongside local organizations through a variety of experiences, including working with children, participating in hands-on projects, and supporting those experiencing homelessness. Throughout the trip, your group will have the opportunity to build relationships with community members and explore sites such as Waterfront Park and Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2008.

Total Trip Cost: 

$550 per participant

-$50 Scholarship from Missouri UMC Conference

-$150 Scholarship from New McKendree UMC

-$50 Early Bird Registration Discount

$300 (September 10-October 10)

$350 (after October 10)

  • At Registration - $50 deposit due (follow the link below)
  • March 19- Final Payment Due

Students & adult leaders may register after November 10 if additional spots are available with YouthWorks.  Deposits are non-refundable after November 10.

Registration

Step1 Pay $50 Deposit  - Paying the deposit reserves your participant's spot for the trip. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • When the form asks for Registrant Info, that is where you fill in the Parent Info 
  • When the form asks for Attendee Info, that is where you fill in the Participant's Info
  • If the participant is filling out the form for themselves, they need to check the box "I am registering myself."
  • You will be issued a ticket for this payment.  You can keep it for your records, but we don't need it.

Step 2:  Registration/Health Release Forms - Once your deposit is paid, you will receive an email with a special link to fill out the Youth Works forms.  


Step 3: Pay Balance - You will receive an email with a link and reminders to pay the balance by March 19th.
